Four projects shall be realised in Żak Club from Febuary to May 2012 - premiers during forth edition of Gdansk Dance Festival ( 13.07.2012) a fifth project ( master residence ) shall be realised from 22.01.2012 to 05.02.2012. The awarded dancers shall receive founds to realise the performances and they shall be provided with the space, technical support, the promotion and the couching of much valued dancer and the choreographere. This year the winners of the competition shall receive the couching from Pia Meuthen, Shang Chi Sun and the master residence shall be couched by Leszek Bzdyl.

Shang-Chi Sun studied at the National Dance Academy of Taiwan. As a dancer at Nürnberg Dance Theatre and Cloud Gate Dance Theatre he worked with choreographers such as Stijn Celis, Hui Horta, Russell Maliphant, Lin Huwai-Min, Jo Stromgren and Daniela Kurz. Ownig to the cooperation of Gdansk Dance Festival and Yokohama Dance Collection EX 2012 in Japan, the Polish dancer - Izabela Chlewieńska is going to perform in Yokohama with "Tralfamadoria", her own choreography. The piece had its premier during Gdansk Dance Festival ( Gdański Festival Tańca) and was realised in 2011 within the preject "residence/premier".
